Fraser Dining Hall

Fraser Dining Hall is PBA's state-of-the-art dining facility located on the first floor of the Lassiter Student Center. Fraser Dining Hall features nine unique concepts from Sailfish Dining incorporating Florida-fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables, favorites from the grill and deli, as well as freshly rolled sushi and delectable desserts.

Fraser Dining Hall's True Balance Station is an allergen-safe kitchen featuring carefully crafted menus prepared by our expert chef. All menu items at this station are made without the 9 most common food allergens in the United States, which are peanuts, eggs, fish, soybeans, tree nuts, wheat, milk, shellfish, and sesame.

Learn more about how to opt into our To-Go Box Program. Reusable to-go containers made from recycled materials help reduce single-use waste while making meals more convenient for students. This program allows students to take their meals from Fraser Dining Hall wherever they go, so they can enjoy fresh, nutritious food even on their busiest days

A one-time $7.00 fee is required to purchase a reusable to-go container, payable with Flex Dollars, card, or cash. Each to-go meal also requires one meal swipe.
