Fraser Dining Hall

Fraser Dining Hall is PBA's state-of-the-art dining facility located on the first floor of the Lassiter Student Center. Fraser Dining Hall features nine unique concepts from Sailfish Dining incorporating Florida-fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables, favorites from the grill and deli, as well as freshly rolled sushi and delectable desserts.

Afternoon Offerings | 2:00 PM–4:30 PM

While select stations pause between lunch and dinner service, Fraser Dining Hall remains open with a variety of all-day dining options available. Guests can continue to enjoy made-to-order favorites, fresh selections, desserts, and more throughout the afternoon.

Available during this time: The Flames Grill, The Graze Salad Bar, The Pizza Station, The Sift Dessert Station, Sweet Pickles Deli, and All-Day Cereal & Waffles.

Plan Ahead! | To-Go Box Program

Learn more about our To-Go Box Program! Reusable to-go containers made from recycled materials help reduce single-use waste while making meals more convenient for students. The program allows students to take their meals from Fraser Dining Hall with them wherever they go, making it easier to enjoy fresh, nutritious food even on their busiest days.

A one-time $7.00 fee is required to purchase a reusable to-go container and can be paid with Flex Dollars, card, or cash. Each to-go meal also requires one meal swipe.
